Paying for and renewing an OBLAKO VPS
OBLAKO has no account balance and no subscriptions. Each server is paid in advance with its own invoice, for 1, 2 or 3 months. Nothing is ever charged automatically: until you pay an invoice, nothing happens.
Where to find invoices
All invoices are in Billing in the panel:
- Pending: invoices to pay, with the deadline in Pay before;
- History: paid, expired and cancelled invoices.
An invoice lists its items (Server and IP address), the price per month, the number of months and the Total to pay (USD).
How to pay
Open the invoice and click Pay. The payment page opens, where you choose a method:
- Cryptocurrency, for example USDT. This is the easiest option outside Russia, see paying with crypto.
- Russian bank cards, including MIR, and SBP (the Russian faster payments system).
Cards issued outside Russia may not be accepted on the payment page. If you want to pay with an international card, use our sister service DataPasa.
Payment deadlines
- New order: pay the invoice within 24 hours, otherwise it expires and the order is cancelled.
- The paid period starts at the moment of payment.
- You can have at most 10 unpaid invoices and 3 unpaid orders at a time.
Renewal
Auto-renewal
Every server has an Auto-renewal switch, on by default. 7 days before the paid period ends, the panel creates a renewal invoice for the same period you ordered and emails you.
Auto-renewal does not charge you
It only issues the invoice. To keep the server running, pay the invoice yourself.
Manual renewal
In the server card click Renew, choose a period and pay the invoice. You can prepay at most 3 months ahead from today.
If you miss the payment
You get a reminder 3 days before the period ends. What happens after that is explained in expired servers.
Refunds
Paid periods are not refundable, except where the law requires it. See the terms of service.
