How to buy a VPS at OBLAKO
A VPS (virtual private server) is your own server on the internet with root access. You can run a website, a bot, a VPN for yourself, a game server or an AI agent on it. OBLAKO servers run in Germany on KVM with NVMe storage.
Who OBLAKO is for
OBLAKO is built for customers from Russia and Belarus: prices are monthly, and payment works with Russian payment methods and cryptocurrency. If you want hourly billing and payment with international cards or Pix, our sister service DataPasa is a better fit.
Before you order
You need an account with a confirmed email. If you do not have one yet, start with creating an account.
Step 1. Open the order form
Sign in to my.oblako.sh, open Servers and click Create server.
Step 2. Location
In Location pick the data center. If a location has no free capacity, the panel asks you to choose another one.
Step 3. Tariff
In Tariff compare plans by vCPU, RAM and disk. Each plan shows its Monthly price in US dollars.
- VPN, bot or a small website: 1 vCPU and 1 or 2 GB RAM is enough.
- Several projects or an online store: 2 vCPU and 4 GB.
- Databases and heavy applications: 4 vCPU and more.

Step 4. Config
In Config:
- Select the operating system. Ubuntu or Debian are good defaults. Windows is available from the VPS-4 plan on request to support.
- Hostname. Enter your own domain (for example
vpn.example.com) or a short name, the suffix is added automatically. - Period. Pay for 1, 2 or 3 months ahead.
Check Selected Configuration and click Order and pay.
Step 5. Pay the invoice
The panel creates an invoice and opens the payment page. Prices are in US dollars. Paying with cryptocurrency such as USDT works from anywhere, see paying with crypto. Russian bank cards and SBP are also accepted.
The invoice is valid for 24 hours
If it is not paid within a day, the invoice expires and the order is cancelled. You can simply order again.
Step 6. Wait for the server
After payment the server appears in Servers with the status Creating and turns Running within a few minutes. You will find:
- the IP address on the IP Addresses tab;
- the Root Password in the server card;
- an email Server is ready with the IP and a ready SSH command.
Next, connect to the server via SSH.
Account limits
By default one account can have up to 8 servers with a total of 16 vCPU, 64 GB RAM and 512 GB of disk. You can see the limits in Settings → Account Limits. Contact support to raise them.
