How to pay for an OBLAKO VPS with cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency is the simplest way to pay for OBLAKO if you do not have a Russian bank card. Prices are in US dollars, so stablecoins such as USDT are the most convenient choice. Plans and prices are on the VPS for crypto page.

Step by step

1. Open the invoice in Billing in the panel and click Pay.
2. On the payment page choose cryptocurrency, then the coin and the network.
3. The page shows the wallet address and the exact amount. Send exactly that amount, keeping in mind the withdrawal fee of your exchange or wallet.
4. Wait for the network to confirm the transaction. The invoice turns Paid and the server is created or renewed.

Choose the network carefully

The same coin exists on several networks. USDT, for example, runs on Tron, Ethereum, BNB Chain and others. Send the coin on exactly the network shown on the payment page.

Wrong network or address

A transfer on another network or to a wrong address cannot be reversed.

Tips

• Pay from an exchange that covers the fee itself or add the fee on top, otherwise the payment arrives short.
• Do not wait too long. A new order invoice expires after 24 hours.
• Busy networks are slower. Confirmation usually takes a few minutes, but can take longer during congestion.

The payment is stuck

If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but the invoice is still Awaiting payment after an hour, create a ticket in Support with the category Billing and add the transaction hash.
